Compensation & Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Provide accurate information regarding our programs and services.
Analyze problems and offer effective solutions.
Document and update customer records in the company database.
Stay current with updates to programs and services to deliver informed support.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
Strong ability to build rapport with members and clients.
Excellent prioritization, multitasking, and organizational skills.
Positive, professional, and confident demeanor.
Trustworthy, ethical, and reliable work ethic.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
High school diploma or GED required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and ability to type 40+ WPM.
